Key insight

62 of 156 adults (40%) check their phone immediately when it buzzes. Only 19 can ignore it until they finish work. And 47 adults check social media more than 30 times per day. These are the adults raising and teaching today's children — and the habits are being passed on. Cognitive fitness training isn't just for kids.
